A DAY WITHOUT TEARS

… I will rejoice … and take delight in my people; the sound of weeping and of crying will be heard in it no more… Isaiah 65:19, NIV

Several things can bring tears to the sorrowful. It could be the loss of a person’s comfort, health, peace, loved one, property, happiness and so on. It is inconceivable that in our world today, sorrow and tears can be done away with. This is because the world we live in has in it the devil. He is the author and perpetrator of sorrow, sadness and tears. Thanks to God; a day is coming when He will do away with the devil and make a new heaven and earth where Satan cannot be. The nature of sin gotten from Satan will no longer be in the people who will be in the new earth. So, God will rejoice and take delight in them. Of course, there will no longer be sorrow or weeping because none of the things which bring these negative conditions will be found there. The question however is, will you be found in that new earth? Only those who are born of God through redemption by the blood of Jesus Christ will be found there. No sinner or unbeliever will get there. Will you be there?
