Controversial upcoming comedian, MC Jollof, has taken to his IG page to revealed that he is of the belief that ladies who wear mini skirts and are raped are to blame.

The comedian, who made his opinion known while commenting on one of his posts on Instagram, said;

“If woman wear short skirt pass area when horny boys full, if them rape am, she curse am for herself.
