During this week's episode of 'The Juice' hosted by Dorcas Shola Fapson singer Adekunle Goldspoke about his music career, his other creative arts interests and singer Simi.
For a while now it has been heavily reported that Adekunle Gold and female singer Simi have been dating for quite sometime now. Simi has denied these claims several times.

On 'The Juice' Adekunle Gold stated that he is not dating Simi. "I'm single and searching" said Adekunle Gold when asked if he was dating Simi. The YBNL singer confirmed that he has a working relationship with Simi who is mixes and masters his songs. "Yeah, she is extremely good at what she does, fantastic writer and sound engineer."

When asked again if he and Simi were lovers Adekunle Gold said "I don’t know what you are talking about. I’m available."
In May, 2016 when asked if he was in a love triangle with Simi and rapper Falz by Hip TV, Adekunle Gold said no such thing exists. "I’m not in any love triangle with anybody. We are just a bunch of kids trying to make a living and that’s about it." Lately, Simi has also been tied to rapper Falz who she has collaborated with twice.

Currently in Paris, France, Adekunle Gold met three-time Grammy award winner Angelique Kidjo. The singer shared a photo of him with Kidjo on his Instagram page yesterday, June 2, 2016.
"Blessed to meet the 3 Grammy Awards winner @angeliquekidjo. Amazing Woman. She loves my music and thinks I'm doing really great. God is good" he wrote in the caption.

On June 1, 2016 Adekunle God revealed the title of his debut album and artwork. In an earlier phone interview with Now O’ Clock podcast, the singer made it known he would be pushing his debut album release date until early July after the Ramadan season which is expected to last from June 6, 2016 to July 5, 2016.
