GOD’S SAFETY AND CARE

...l will deliver him, I will protect him because he knows my name. . Psalm 91:14, RSV

Safety is of the LORD God Almighty. He will protect and keep the faithful one from all harm or danger of the enemy. Though we wander away from His presence, His love is steadfast. He expects repentance and then He restores. God restores all the fortune of
His people and causes us to forget our shame (Ezekiel 39:25-26). He allows some unpleasant situations in our lives when we go astray. He does this to check us and keep us on track. God cares for us and thinks great thought of us. He gives attention to our wellbeing and disciplines us for the sake of the kingdom (v. 28).

In times of chastisement, may you see God in action and follow His line of action. God’s care and protection is always over us. Let’s appreciate Him for the ills and dangers He has delivered us from, either known or unknown. Thank the Lord Almighty who spares you from all evils. Determine to live your life for Him. Call on Him. He’ll answer, rescue and protect you. He’ll make you secure in every way. He truly cares! Jeremiah 29:11
