Ephesians 3:14-21

UNLIMITED CAPACITY

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly be glory ... forever and ever.

Herbert Jackson’s car would not start without a push. He went to the school near his home, got permission to take some children out of class, and had them push his car. For two years, he would either park on a hill or leave the engine running. When a new missionary came to that station, Jackson proudly explained his arrangement for getting the car started. The new man looked under the hood and said, “Why, Dr. Jackson, l believe the only
trouble is this loose cable.” He gave the cable a twist, stepped into the car, pushed the switch, and to Jackson’s astonishment, the engine roared to life. For two years, needless trouble had become routine. The power was there all the time. Only a loose connection kept Jackson from putting that power to work.

In all situations, let us remember that God is unlimited in capacity. All we need is to plug into Him who is able to do “exceedingly abundantly” more than we can ask. Quit asking if God is able to take care of you. Even if circumstances say otherwise, the truth is that God is extraordinarily rich to handle every single situation.

Birthday Blessing: ... I am the LORD your God, who teaches you what is best for you in the way you should go. Isaiah 48:17

RBT Passage: Ps. 107-110; 1 Cor. 6

Do not allow idleness to deceive you; for while you give him today, he steals tomorrow from you. -CrowquiIl
