The South African passport is ranked 46 making it the most powerful passport in Africa. The five most powerful passport in the world are;
- Germany and Sweden

A single African passport, which is already available to African head of states and African diplomats, would most likely come into existence by 2018.
If this becomes a reality, it would solve Nigeria's passport problems. A lot of Nigerians face a lot of delays at many airports in the world because of the Nigerian passport. As a matter of fact, the Nigerian passport is treated with disdain around the world.
