Update: Three remaining Lagos Landlords released by their abductors


The three remaining Lagos landlords abducted on Saturday, September 17, have been released by their captors. A source reportedly disclosed the news to The Eagle Online who was the first to break it.

Following the kidnap which took place in Lekki Gardens Estate, around the Isheri North area of Lagos State, by unknown gunmen, the culprits called the families of the victims demandingransom of N300 million each, threatening to harm the captives if they fail to meet their demands.

This news of their freedom comes two days after one of the victims reportedly escaped from the den of kidnappers.
The three victims, all landlords at Oshorun Heritage Estate, who have been released, have been identified as Kennedy Ucheagwu, DrOmololu Bello and another simply known as MrEsang.
The victims were reportedly released on Thursday., September 22 after an undisclosed amount was allegedly paid.
The reports reveal that the younger brother to one of the victims said his brother arrived home at about 11pm on Thursday.
Meanwhile, there has been no official confirmation on the case from the police.
