The truth is, relationship and wedding advice are never scarce. Ironically, divorce news are never scarce, too.
It's obvious - people only get to know the theories of relationships, they only hear the tips of enjoying longlasting marriage, they hardly ever apply themselves into practicing these things.
So, here is a reminder of the top five things that you, as a woman, cannot afford to neglect if you intend to stay married for a lifetime. [That's what we all want, right?]
Living outside your means
The best thing you can do as a wife is to live within your husband's means.
Constant complaints about not having enough to fulfill your extravagant wishes is a poor way of treating a faithful man who works hard to provide for you and the kids, if any.
Negativity
This is basically a reminder that nagging was not cool in all the ages before now, and even in 2016, it remains totally unneeded
Try very hard to cut it out. Never in the history of mankind has a man delighted in a woman who is an expert at nagging.
Not speaking his language
Women love to drop hints that men hardly ever get.
If you have been married for a while you would have noticed this. If, however, you have not, or you intentionally continue doing it despite its failure to produce the desired results, maybe it’s about time you stopped.
Stop wasting your time giving subtle hints that he won't understand: speak plainly to him.
Be honest about your feelings, and don't bottle things up until you near the state of bursting.
If he asks you what's wrong, don't respond with ‘nothing’ and then expect him to read your mind and emotions.
That never works. Never.
Denial of sexual attention
Men especially desire and thrive off physical affection from their wives. When you continually say no to intimacy, it wears them out
Sex, as has been reiterated endlessly, is not a tool to control your spouse, and should never ever be used as such.
You’ve heard it before, but now is the time to actively imbibe it in your marriage, especially if you truly mean to spend a lifetime with that partner of yours.
