GOD’S RESTORATION OF ALL HUMANITY
“For I will… gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come and see My glory.” Isaiah 66:18a, KJV

Why does God bother about humans so much? Why does He still seek to restore a world that cares less about pleasing Him? The clue to answering these questions lies in the creation account in Genesis. God created us in His likeness to showcase His glory,
and to bring Him joy. But that was no longer the case as humans fell into sin and lost communion with God. God had to make the ultimate sacrifice to restore us to Himself.
The text says, “For I will…gather.” This shows God's relentless and passionate efforts to bring together all peoples of the world who have been scattered by wilful disobedience, religious differences, racism, and language, among others. God's restoration plan includes everyone, irrespective of past mistakes, gender, status or age. He loves all and wishes that we will come to the knowledge of this unfailing love. Those who would be restored to God's glory are those who are willing to come to Him through Jesus Christ (v. 18b). God wants you to showcase His glory. He wants to restore you to His original plan for you. Avail yourself of this privilege to share in His glory, and commit yourself to inviting others to partake of it.
• Birthday Blessing: "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." - James 4:7
