He was caught in the act while attempting to, again, practice the act which had been going on for weeks.
The accused, a painter, who resides at 17, Akinjobi St., Moricas, Agege, a suburb of Lagos, was charged with sexual assault.
The Prosecutor, Insp Clifford Ogu, told the court that the offences were committed between March and April at Moricas, Agege.
Ogu said that the accused lured the boys, aged 13 and 11 years, into his workshop on two different occasions and defiled them through their anus.
The offence, he said, contravened Section 261 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The Chief Magistrate, Mrs Taiwo Akanni, granted the accused bail in the sum of N250,000 with two sureties in like sum.
Akanni adjourned the case till June 5 for mention.
“The sister to one of the boys caught them while they were attempting to practice the act.Ogu said that the case was reported to the police and the accused was apprehended.
“When she asked them where they learnt it, they said the accused had been engaged in the act with them for more than a month,” he said.
