Britain's Most Married Man Enjoys Sunshine With Filipino Fiancee - 42 Years His Junior

Britain's most married man was spotted out with his latest love – who is 42 years his junior.

Ron Sheppard, 69, who has tied the knot eight times, was enjoying the sunshine with Cristel Marquez Lalec, 27.


The great-grandad and his Filipino fiancee paid a visit to the Royal Navy’s Fleet Air Arm Museum in Somerset.

Ron showed her the entry board and pointed out that admission was free for carers.


Last year Ron spoke of his desire to wed his new love, who he met while on holiday with eighth wife Weng Platino.

Ron said he was “the happiest guy on Earth” when Cristel arrived from the Philippines last November.

The plan was for her to return to the UK permanently after his divorce but neighbours report she had been living with him for months in Yeovil, Somerset.

He greeted her at Heathrow airport with chocolates and flowers, saying:

“Marrying a girl over 40 years younger isn’t brave. Having nine mother-in-laws – that’s bravery.”
