Isaiah 52:7-12
REDEEMED IN GOD
Burst into songs of joy together, you ruins of Jerusalem, for the LORD has comforted his people, he has redeemed Jerusalem. Isaiah 52:9, NIV
There is a proclamation of good. News on the mountain for the remnants of Zion to hear and know that the Lord has not forgotten them. The proclamation is the message of peace for the distressed and confused remnants and salvation for the Israel captives.
The LORD reigns, and exists to redeem and restore His people back to Himself. The message of peace and salvation is viable even this day, especially for those who believe in Jesus Christ as their Savior and the source of remission for their sins
As a redeemed person reading this message today, the word for you is that those who know who you are today and what you were yesterday will rejoice with you, since the LORD has decided to restore you and change your status from slavery to sonship.
He has decided to save and translate you from darkness to light; free you from the oppression of sin, self and attacks of Satan the enemy of your peace. If you have been feeling lonely, suffering ruin and desolation, you are challenged to burst into songs of joy for the LORD will keep your company, comfort, and redeem you (as He changes your status) (v. 8-9). Then family, friends, neighbours and nations will celebrate you as they burst into singing your sake. Just believe.
Pray with this: Greetings, you who are highly favoured! The Lord is wirt you. Luke 1:28
