Kelly Rowland Defends Ciara's Shoot, Denies Liking Negative Comments About It

Kelly Rowland and Ciara have been best pals for years. However, it seems that Twitter users decided to ruffle some feathers as they suggested that Rowland had 'liked' a negative comment about her friends pregnancy shoot.

Ciara did a near naked photo shoot with her husband Russell Wilson and their son Future.

Underneath the image, which received mixed reactions, someone wrote: 'This is not a cute pic... sorry... it's no different than the one with the chick and her little boy... why must everyone prove a point by being in your bday suit.'

Kelly then liked the comment and a number of news outlets subsequently picked up on it.

Rowland has now come out to defend herself after accidentally pressing the like button on the mean comment about Ciara's new baby bump baring photo shoot.
Twittersphere decided that Rowland was shading the entertainer.

The former Destiny's Child songstress took to Instagram to share the photo and defend herself.

She re-posted the image with the caption: 'This pic of my dear friend and her beautiful family makes my heart smile, I can't believe how anyone would actually think I would 'like' a negative comment about a woman I look at as a great Mom, awesome wife, and a sweetheart of a friend!

Accidents do happen, and this new '❤/like feature is WHACK,' she wrote.

She added the hashtags, '#findanewstory #ILOVETHEWILSONS.'
