58 Year Old Man Jailed For Seven Months In Hong Kong For Having "Unprotected" Sex With Dog

A 58 year old father who had unprotected s*x with a dog has bee jailed for seven months in Hong Kong after he pleaded guilty on the count of bestiality.

58 year old Chung Lin Fai, who was jailed yesterday, told the probation officer at West Kowloon Magistrate's Court that he had been suffering memory loss from alcoholism and at the time of the incident, he 'heard a female voice had told him to do so.'

According to Apple Daily, Magistrate Raymond Wong Kwok Fai explained that due to the seriousness of the case and the increased penalty in animal cruelty law, Chung's sentence is set to be nine months and up..

However as the defendant had previously pleaded guilty, he decided to reduce the sentence.

The case is the second bestiality conviction in Hong Kong.

Chung, who is a former construction worker, said that he had bathed the dog in a stream before having unprotected sex with the animal on February 1.

An examination report from the vet indicated that there was human semen inside the canine.

A vaginal inflammation and blood were also found on the dog.
